Product Description
MILLENNIUM ChessGenius Chess Computer
The chess computer for tournament and club players!

The MILLENNIUM ChessGenius utilises the ten time world computer champion, Chess Genius, created by Richard Lang. Unlike, other chess computers on the market the Millennium Chess Genius plays to a strong club playing standard (approximately 175 ECF /2000 Elo). An incredibly user-friendly computer which utilises a press sensory board. Simply press down on the piece which you want to move and press again with the piece on the destination square. The computer’s response is displayed on the LCD.

4 of 5 Lack of Magnatism.....! August 21, 2017
Reviewer: George W Lamb from Sunderland, England. SR32UH
Dear Sir/Madam,
I must congratulate you on making the BEST Chess computer I have ever used.
Unfortunately, I do have one complaint.
The magnets on the chess pieces are not up to the standard of the Chess computer.
The merest nudge or shake of the board, is enough to dislodge several pieces.
I realise, it is not meant to be a travel chess set. But there is so little hold of the chess pieces, that I often, during a single game, have to re-adjust the board. Thus, destroying any concentration that I might have had.

I have been on the internet to try and get some stronger magnets. A firm kindly sent me two, so I could see if I could put them with the original magnets. In fortunately, it was not stable enough. So now, I am looking to buy a set of magnetic chess pieces. Have seen a possible two sites, which look promising and I will be looking into.

Best Regards,
                   Mr. G W Lamb.

I like this bought it with concern it might not be up to reviews but I played 10 games against mephisto  mm4 and millennium won 10 nil.
I then played it against novag citrine and it won 9 and drew 1!
ALL GAMES played in 40 moves in 2hours!
Really great computer!!

4 of 5 A very strong machine February 22, 2016
Reviewer: Yarc from United Kingdom
Great value for money with a playing strength much higher than stated 2000 ELO. Don't let the advertisement fool you,  it's rating is over 2200!  I know as I have been following chess forums discussing it and have also been conducting my own matches between dedicated chess computers such as the Novag star diamond.  The Millenium Chess Genius is a very strong computer for this money! Note that it has levels for beginners also.

It is able to take a mains adaptor but the batteries last so long that it really makes the adaptor unnecessary.

Although the board does not have LED's to indicate the moves, the LCD board is excellent and gives all the required information.

Any chess computer fan should be happy owning one of these.
